Thank you for hopping over to this blog post! You are a conscious being and we salute your thought processing.

Andaman is a biological hotspot and it has very rich marine bio-diversity.
And in order to preserve it for the future generations, you don't have a break a leg. Below are few things you can do for protecting 'The Life' present on these 572 Islands - which in turns helps Earth prosper.
Simple Don'ts -
Don't touch a live coral reef. Coral reef is a tropical rainforest - just underwater. It nourishes the sea creatures and helps maintain an ecological balance. Disturbing a coral reef might lead to something similar to deforestation on land.
Don't carry the sea shells over to mainland. You must have noticed in Andaman that Hermit crabs live in these shells. Hermit Crabs need to keep exchanging shells as their body grows all their life. So, shells of all size matter to the lives of crabs. Watch a quick video by BBC Earth how this happens : https://youtu.be/f1dnocPQXDQ
Do not litter. PLEASE DO NOT LITTER. DON'T BUY PLASTIC BOTTLES . That is why TTB recommends carrying a refillable bottle everywhere.
Make sure all your plastic items are always in check. By chance you forgot your rubber slippers or plastic sunglasses or carry bag on the beach - it will eventually land up in the sea. By being a little alert, you can prevent pollution.
Always carry Refillable bottle. Best! No more plastic!
Try leaving a less carbon foot print. Hire Bicycles! Hire a 2-wheeler than a 4-Wheelers if you are a duo.
Refuse unnecessary plastic or cutlery at Restaurants - drinking pipe, wooden cutlery, napkins.
Don't take away or order online. Eat at the restaurants. Save a lot of packaging materials and you also spend a quality time with yourself or family.
Don’t take anything out of the water even if it seems to be dead – it belongs to the sea
Don't buy sea shells or other products made out of sea animals as gifts or memoirs. Take back beautiful photographs, paintings, local embroidery etc.
And if you really want to make a difference - carry a garbage bag and collect all the plastic you see ashore.
It is the small things you do. Small acts makes all the difference. If everyone can contribute then we can together make a better planet.
